2.  Your Email Address is your Customer Account Login but has no assigned Password.

     To assign a Password to your Login, Click the Forgot Password? text in the following screen. 

     DO NOT click the red Create Account text. Doing so may create a duplicate account or will result in "ERROR 2454: Customer login already created"

3.  At the Password Reset screen, enter Your Email Address and click the SEND NOW button.

     The following will display:

4.  Check your Inbox for the following email. Click to reset your Password.



5.  On this screen, create and re-enter a Password then Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button. Although the button says "CREATE ACCOUNT", it is actually a SUBMIT button.

6.  Enter your Email Address and Password at the Account Login screen then click the SIGN IN button.



7.  Your Account Information should display as follows. Here you have the ability to modify your profile as well as access your Order History, Invoices, Rewards and Payment Options.

8.  To Exit, Click Account, Logout.

Note: Lorien Guitar Recovery does not have access to or the ability to change your Customer Login Password. Should you forget or need to change your password, follow these steps again.
